About us
At Dry Eye Results, our mission is simple: to help people finally find lasting relief from the discomfort of chronic dry eye. We know how frustrating it can be to deal with constant burning, watering, or blurry vision, and we believe no one should have to “just live with it.”
Meet Dr. Joel Hayden (Mansfield, MA)
Joel B. Hayden, O.D. received his Doctor of Optometry from New England College of Optometry in 1992. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the State University of New York at Oneonta, graduating in 1988.
In addition to general optometry, Dr. Hayden specializes in Orthokeratology and has developed his brand called H.A.L.T. (Hayden Advanced Lens Therapy). He also focuses on scleral contact lenses and specialized dry eye treatments.
Dr. Hayden became an optometrist because he loved optics and wanted to help people. He enjoys helping to improve others’ quality of life. With nearly 100 children in his system, he has almost stopped the progression of myopia in all of them.
He holds a first-degree black belt in MMA, along with his three boys. He is an avid Cross-fitter, having obtained his L1 Certification in 2009.
Meet Dr. Ashlynne Horton (Mansfield, MA)
Ashlynne Horton, O.D., received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico School of Optometry in Puerto Rico in 2023. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stonehill College in Easton, Massachusetts, graduating in 2016.
Dr. Horton is proficient in performing full eye exams in both Spanish and English. Her focus is on primary care optometry with a special interest in Myopia Control and Specialty Contact Lenses. She has also become an expert in Dry Eye Diseases.
Dr. Horton's decision to become an optometrist was influenced by her own experience of getting glasses for the first time in 3rd grade, which had a profound impact on her life and inspired her to help others improve their vision.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Emmy, and traveling with her husband.
